4. Submitting a Counter-Notification

• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a federal district court in your location and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate user accounts that are subject to repeated or excessive DMCA claims. This includes both verified infringements and abuse of the DMCA process.

6. Misuse and Legal Responsibility
